2. Language
We work in English. Write in whatever language you have; we will do our best, and machine translation may be used to understand a message, but replies and decisions are in English.
3. Member contact
Members can reach us by email above or through the feedback form. Contact is monitored by a person and is not solely automated. Auto-acknowledgements exist so you know a message arrived; the reply that matters comes from someone.
4. Representatives
Still On Tour is not offered to persons in the EU, the EEA or the UK, and no legal representative has been appointed there under GDPR Article 27, UK GDPR Article 27, or the Digital Services Act Article 13. Should the service be offered there, representatives will be appointed and named on this page before the change, along with the individual accountable for online-safety compliance where such a law requires one.
