A source-tracked concert record: what we publish, how it is reviewed, and how to help correct it.
The rule of the record
We publish independently recorded historical facts and original editorial work—not copied databases, prose, images, lyrics, artwork, or concert audio. A prettier copy is still a copy; the record earns its value through evidence, review, revision history, and the connections we compute from it.
A member or band operator submits a factual claim with evidence.
The Committee compares it with the current record and reviews the evidence.
An accepted claim writes through the shared archive writer and retains a revision digest.
Corrections remain attributable to a source category; protected media and copied prose are excluded by policy.
These are publishing categories, not borrowed-content credits. Each one has a boundary the editors must keep when adding or correcting a fact.
Member-submitted record
original submissionA member makes a factual claim or contributes original notes. It is reviewed before publication; protected media and copied prose are not accepted.
Band-posted sheet
original submissionA verified band operator may file a setlist for its own show. The archive preserves the factual record and its revision trail.
Independent factual research
factual researchDates, venues, personnel and song-performance facts are independently recorded. We do not republish a source site’s prose, layout, media, or database export.

No concert-recording catalog, player, embed, recording metadata, lyrics, posters, album art, or official marks unless a specific permission covers that use.
